The wholesale format is a type of bulk packaging (2 kg, 3 kg...) aimed at guided selling and the restaurant industry. The end consumer does not normally buy the product in this bulk packaging but can buy part of the product in bulk in traditional and modern distribution markets, or order it at a restaurant.
